The system Over View
1: Endless Overhead Conveyor
Parts / components to be painted are hung onto the overhead conveyer.
2: 5 & 7 Stage Wash Systems

- Alkakine wash, degreases the parts
- A clean water rinse
- Nano Technology
- second clean water rinse
- Final rinse
- Alkakine wash, degreases the parts
- First clean water rinse
- Laser Scale removal
- Second Clean water rinse
- Nano Technology
- Third clean water rinse
- Final rinse
3: Dry-Off Oven
Parts pass through the dry-off oven to remove all of the moisture from the cleaning process.
4: Wagner Automatic Powder Coat Application Booth
Parts are completely covered with powder as they pass between the automatic guns that electrostatically apply the correct amount of powder for the desired mill thickness.
The parts then pass through the manual powder reinforcement area where powder is applied to any areas missed by the automatic system.
5: Curing Oven
Parts are in the oven at a pre-determined temperature for a set period of time to convert the powder to a hard, durable finish.
6: Take Off Area
The parts then travel through a cool-down area, then to the take off area where they are inspected for quality and then removed for packing and shipping.
Versatile
The Wagner™ Powder System ensures the consistency of coating required for each project and a quality finish.
It offers excellent uniformity - eliminating sags, drip marks and other surface irregularies.
We can provide a high gloss coating that is extremely durable, in epoxy, polyester or hybrids, Powder coated parts can be machined and most are recoatable.
The system is designed to finish parts that will surpass the industry Standard 500-hour salt spray test. *

Line one part size - 36" x 60" x 168"
Line two part size - 48" x 72" x 120"
As the color chart (below) shows we have a good selection of colors for you to choose from, this is only the tip of the ice berg as the color spectrum is a great deal larger.
