-The Beginning

In 2004 we opened our doors with one powder coating line. Hours of operation were one shift 8 hours a day. We started with three employees. As time went by we saw a steady increase in business so expansion was on the cards.

- The Next Step Forward

As more of our customers used our services, we found it necessary to add more employees. It was not too much longer after that we decided to expand production by adding on a second and third shift to handle the additional work load.

- Addition

In late 2007 we began construction on our new addition (slideshow right). In August 2008 we moved into our new addition and begun work on our new second line. This of course increased our productivity and lowered turn around times.

- 2009

Even with the recession looming we did not close our doors, only temporarily laying off some employees and cutting back to one line, this was short lived and work increased again only a few months later, now both lines are back to producing part with top team members working to get your products coated and back to you as quickly as possible.

Here at QCPC we strive to implement the latest innovations. In our field of expertise we are always using the most cost effective measures.
